/ THE STORY
The brief
A solo entrepreneur in Australia held three side products built by previous teams. All three were abandoned — builds broken, no active development, customers in limbo. Goal: revive them, ship them, hand them back working.
How I shipped it
This was the first client engagement I ran fully AI-led. Claude Code in the loop end-to-end, plugged into AWS, Cloudflare, Stripe, Twilio, and SendGrid so the assistant could deploy, configure, send test SMS, and provision DNS without leaving the terminal. Token-driven, agent-driven, no manual console clicking.
What it proves
I can take over an abandoned multi-app portfolio, rebuild it on a modern stack, and ship it solo at a pace that historically needed a small team. AI tools are not a gimmick in my workflow — they are how I deliver.
